Returns or Exchanges
HOLIDAY POLICY:
Orders shipped between November 10th and December 31 may be returned until January 10th for a full refund, subject to regular return guidelines as listed below. This is a holiday-extension of our usual 30-day return policy.

- All returns must be in the same condition as received, unless otherwise noted
- Additionally returns can take up to 30 business days to process once received. If there is any discrepancy with the return you’ll be notified via email.
- Once the refund has been issued it may take an additional 3-5 business days to fully process. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed and the refund is issued.
- Original delivery fees are refunded only if incorrect orders on the companies behalf.
- You are not responsible for shipping the products back to Us. We'll provide a free return shipping label.
- Individual products may be excluded from this guarantee. Check the product description before you place your order.
- All sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged!

What do I do if I receive the wrong item or a defective item?
Mondaine will not accept responsibility for returns/exchanges lost or stolen in transit to our Return Center, so please ship insured and track your package.

How do I return or exchange my watch?
- Contact our customer service by phone at (917) 522-3421 or via email at info@lumondi.com. We will email you a prepaid shipping return label.
- Carefully package the watch in a secure shipping box to prevent damage in transit. Include a copy of your order receipt.
- Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at a local UPS Shipping Center.
Once we receive your package, we will send an email confirming that your package has been received. You will receive another email once your refund has been processed.
